Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for supporting House of Carts LLC and the Dream Big. Work Harder. (DBWH) merchandise collection. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be accepted under the following conditions:

• Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
• Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Items must be returned with all original packaging and tags intact
• Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or damage will not be accepted

Non-Refundable Charges

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective

Giveaway & Sweepstakes Orders

Purchases associated with giveaway or sweepstakes entries are not eligible for returns once the giveaway winner has been announced.

Exchanges may be permitted within the standard return window provided the item remains unused and in original condition.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email info@houseofcartsllc.com and include the following information:

• Order number
• Item(s) being returned
• Requested action (exchange with size requested or refund)

Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers must supply a valid tracking number after shipment to ensure timely processing.

Processing Time

Approved returns and exchanges will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Final Sale Items

Unless otherwise stated, all digital products and promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
