Official Rules & Sweepstakes Terms
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. SPONSOR
The DBWH Golf Cart Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by House of Carts LLC, operating The DBWH Project (“Sponsor”), with its principal place of business in Texas.
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Shopify, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social media platform.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on the date announced on the DBWH website or official social channels and ends on the date specified by Sponsor (“Sweepstakes Period”).
Sponsor reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason.
4. HOW TO ENTER
A. PURCHASE ENTRY METHOD
Participants may earn entries by purchasing Dream Big. Work Harder. (DBWH) merchandise during the Sweepstakes Period.
• Each $1 USD spent = one (1) entry
• Entries are automatically recorded at checkout
• There is no limit on entries earned via purchases
B. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY – FREE ENTRY METHOD
To enter without making a purchase, participants may submit a free entry by email.
To enter for free:
• Email info@houseofcartsllc.com
• Subject line: DBWH Golf Cart Giveaway Entry
• Include full name and email address
• Limit one (1) free entry per person per day
All eligible free entries will be treated equally to purchase-based entries.
5. ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
6. PRIZE DETAILS
One (1) winner will receive one (1) golf cart, details and specifications determined solely by Sponsor.
Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
Winner is responsible for all taxes, registration, insurance, transportation beyond Sponsor’s delivery terms, and any additional costs not expressly stated.
7. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor after the Sweepstakes Period ends.
Winner will be notified via the contact information provided at entry.
If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. PRIZE CONDITIONS
By accepting the prize, winner agrees:
• To release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates
• To allow Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law
9. RETURNS & GIVEAWAY ELIGIBILITY
Merchandise purchases associated with Sweepstakes entries are final sale once the winner has been announced.
Free entry submissions remain valid regardless of purchases.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
• Violates these Official Rules
• Submits fraudulent or misleading entries
• Attempts to manipulate or abuse the Sweepstakes
Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Sponsor is not responsible for:
• Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries
• Technical failures of any kind
• Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation or prize acceptance
12. GOVERNING LAW
This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
13. PRIVACY
Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
Email entries are used solely for Sweepstakes administration and DBWH communications.
14. WINNER LIST
To request the name of the winner, email info@houseofcartsllc.com within 30 days of the Sweepstakes end date.
FINAL NOTE
This is a sweepstakes giveaway, not a lottery.
No purchase is required to enter or win.
